Top seeds participate in exhibition match at the Barahat Msheireb
Fans were given a treat of what will be on display at the Ooredoo Qatar Major 2022 with top-seeds Juan Lebrón Chincoa (Spain)/ Alejandro Galán Romo (Spain) and second-seeds Francisco Navarro (Spain)/ Martin Di Nenno(Argentina) engaging in a stunning padel exhibition match at the Barahat Msheireb in Doha on Monday.
The two teams displayed amazing skills to the delight of the cheering fans, who were delighted to meet the superstars participating in the ongoing Category 1 event of the Premier Padel Tour being held at the Khalifa International Tennis & Squash Complex until April 2.
The stars were later taken around the Msherib Downtown Doha, the world’s first sustainable downtown regeneration project and one of the smartest cities on earth. They subsequently interacted and signed autographs for the teeming fans.
The top-seeded stars will be in action today, having been given first-round byes at the end of the draw ceremony.
