GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR TICKET SALES FOR OOREDOO QATAR MAJOR 2026
1. General Notice
Once a ticket purchase has been completed, no exchanges,
modifications, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances. By
purchasing or holding a ticket, the spectator agrees to comply fully with these
Terms and Conditions.
2. Tournament Sessions and Access
All matches during the OOREDOO Qatar Major 2026 will take
place at the Khalifa International Tennis & Squash Complex, across
the Center Court and Side Courts.
Tickets are valid only for the date and stand printed on the ticket.
They do not grant access to the venue on any other date or court not indicated.
The Main Draw will commence on April 6, 2026.
VIP Village Policy
- Entry
is restricted to spectators aged five (5) years and above.
- Smart
casual attire is required; shorts and sportswear are strictly
prohibited.
- The
event management reserves the absolute right to deny entry to the
VIP Village for non-compliance or for any reason deemed appropriate.
Center Court Access
- Holders
of Center Court tickets may also access the stands of outside courts, subject
to seat availability.
- Center
Court ticket holders may access the Public Village, which includes
the food court and sponsor display areas.
- Children
under five (5) years of age are not permitted inside Center Court
stands, even with a valid ticket.
Ground Passes
- Ground
Passes grant access to outside courts and the Public Village only.
- They do
not provide access to Center Court.
- Entry
to any court stand is on a first-come, first-served basis and
subject to seat availability.
- Children
under five (5) years are not permitted inside any court stands.
Re-entry Policy
- Ticket
holders who wish to re-enter must scan their ticket at the public
exit gate before leaving.
- Only
one (1) ticket per person will be scanned upon exit.
- Tickets
not scanned at the exit gate will not be valid for re-entry.
3. Ticket Sales and Payment Channels
Tickets shall be purchased only through the official
sales channels of the tournament.
The organizers accept no responsibility for tickets purchased through
unauthorized sources.

- Authorized
Partners: such as Discover Qatar.
- On-site
Ticket Booth: located near the public entrance of the Khalifa
International Tennis & Squash Complex, operating daily between 10:00
AM and 9:00 PM.
Entry to the venue will be strictly limited to
holders of valid tickets. The organizer shall not be liable for loss, theft,
or damage of any ticket.
4. Spectators with Disabilities
Spectators requiring special assistance must contact the Qatar
Tennis Federation Ticketing Department at

Seats are limited and allocated based on the order of request.
Conditions of Use
- The
ticket holder assumes full responsibility for any duplicated, copied,
or falsified ticket and forfeits all rights of entry.
- Damaged
or altered tickets may result in denied entry.
- Tickets
will not be replaced in case of loss or theft.
- Only
the first validly scanned instance of a ticket will grant access.
5. Schedule Modifications
All ticket sales are final upon payment.
The organizer reserves the right to alter the program, schedule, or court
allocations without prior notice.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to:
- Player
withdrawal,
- Match
postponement,
- Rescheduling,
or
- Relocation
to another court.
Tickets remain valid for the day printed and not for
any specific player or match.
6. Venue Regulations and Security
Spectators must comply with all venue security protocols and
instructions from authorized personnel.
Non-compliance may result in immediate removal without refund.
All spectators are subject to:
- Ticket
verification,
- Bag
inspection, and
- Confiscation
of prohibited items.
Attendance at the venue is entirely at one’s own risk.
The organizers accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage to
persons or property, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
7. Prohibited Conduct and Items
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Display
of banners, symbols, or slogans inciting violence, racism, or hate speech.
- Firearms,
explosives, fireworks, flammable, smoke-producing, or corrosive materials.
- Alcoholic
beverages, drugs, or psychotropic substances.
- Food,
cans, or bottles brought from outside.
- Laptop
computers near courts (except for accredited media).
- Smoking
anywhere within the venue.
Entry will be denied to anyone breaching these restrictions
or under disciplinary bans from sports facilities.
Promotional use of tickets is permitted only by official sponsors or
partners with prior written approval.
8. Image Rights
Attendance constitutes consent to being photographed,
filmed, or recorded for use in broadcast, print, or digital media, in
perpetuity, without compensation.
9. Data Collection and Transmission
Continuous data collection, transmission, or publication of live
scores or match statistics for commercial or betting purposes is strictly
prohibited.
Use of electronic devices for such purposes may result in ejection and
further legal action.
10. Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will
result in denied entry or expulsion from the venue without refund or
compensation.
11. Personal Data and Privacy
In accordance with applicable data-protection laws, personal
information collected during the ticket-purchase process will be managed by the
OOREDOO Qatar Major 2026 Organizers for operational and promotional
purposes, including communications through email, SMS, or phone.
Data may be shared with official partners and sponsors.
